Backed by industry-leading manufacturing expertise, CREATEK is equipped with world-class production and machining equipment, including German HECKERT and Japanese MAKINO horizontal machining centers, high-precision GEHRING CNC honing machines, as well as automated press-fitting and leak-testing systems. The facility also features advanced automated production lines for clutch driven discs and clutch pressure plates, integrating Swiss KISTLER servo press systems, Swedish ATLAS COPCO tightening systems, and German SCHENCK dynamic balancing machines. To ensure the highest quality standards, CREATEK has invested in a comprehensive range of advanced inspection equipment, including ZEISS coordinate measuring machines (CMM), MAHR roundness measuring instruments, JENOPTIK roughness and contour measuring systems, and ZEISS metallurgical microscopes.
